The GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME Awareness Alliance is currently supported by the following progressive and forward-thinking brain tumor organizations. The Kelly Heinz-Grundner Brain Tumor Foundation (KHG), located in Wilmington, Delaware, was founded in 2005 by Chris Grundner in memory of his late wife, Kelly Heinz-Grundner. KHG's mission is to: (1) Raise national awareness and educate the public and medical professionals about brain tumors; (2) Provide emotional and financial support to individuals and families of individuals suffering from a brain tumor; and (3) Support and advocate for advanced research targeted at determining the causes of brain tumors, prevention options, and the potential for patient-specific treatment options.

As part of its mission, KHG created and launched the GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME Movement, which includes the GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME Awareness Alliance. For more information about KHG, please visit www.khgfoundation.org.

Over 600,000 people in the US are living with the devastating diagnosis of a primary brain tumor and over 40,000 will be newly diagnosed this year. National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) is fiercely committed to improving the lives of all those affected and offers comprehensive programs to support the needs of the brain tumor community.

• empowering people with information, online programs, personalized responses, and direct connections to other patients, families, and caregivers going through your same challenges during every stage of the treatment journey.
• funding transformative adult and pediatric brain tumor research that will lead more rapidly to new therapies, better quality of life, and ultimately to a cure.
• providing ways to get involved through raising awareness, participating in or hosting fundraising events, and advocating on brain tumor issues for patients, families, caregivers, medical professionals, and researchers.
